CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Chattanooga Red Wolves of the USL League One signed six more players Tuesday for the 2025 campaign.
Joining the squad for the upcoming season include Matt Bentley, Eric Kinzner, Jason Smith, Greyson Mercer, Josh Ramos and Wynand Wessels.
Bentley (Missouri State University), Kinzner (St. Louis City 2), Smith (Syracuse), Mercer (Western Michigan University), Ramon (South Georgia Tormenta FC) and Wessels (Tennessee Wesleyan University) are coming off fine college seasons or competing elsewhere within the USL League One or other clubs in different soccer leagues in the U.S. Mercer also previously played for Michigan State University before competing for Western Michigan this past fall.
All signings are pending league and federation approval.
Chattanooga is coming off a rebuilding campaign in 2024 where the franchise finished 5-14-3 overall and were outscored 48-28 during the regular season (minus-20).
