  • Phoenix Rising FC (USL Championship) 1–1 FC Tulsa (USL Championship) (Phoenix wins 5–4 on penalties)Despite being reduced to 10 men, Phoenix Rising FC saved a late penalty and triumphed in the shootout. ​


  • Tampa Bay Rowdies (USL Championship) 3–1 FC Naples (USL League One)The Rowdies secured a comfortable win to progress to the next round.​


  • Indy Eleven (USL Championship) 2–0 Miami FC (USL Championship)Indy Eleven advanced with a solid performance against Miami FC.​




  • Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC (USL Championship) 2–1 One Knoxville SC (USL League One)The Switchbacks edged out One Knoxville SC to move forward in the tournament.​


  • New Mexico United (USL Championship) 2–2 El Paso Locomotive FC (USL Championship) (New Mexico wins 4–3 on penalties)New Mexico United emerged victorious in a tightly contested match decided by penalties.​


  • Sacramento Republic FC (USL Championship) 3–0 El Farolito (NPSL)Sacramento Republic FC dominated the match to secure their place in the next round


  • Las Vegas Lights FC (USL Championship) 1–1 Chattanooga Red Wolves SC (USL League One) (Las Vegas wins 6–5 on penalties)Las Vegas Lights FC advanced after a thrilling penalty shootout.​
