Saturday, March 22, 2025:

  • Detroit City FC 2–2 Birmingham Legion FC: Detroit City FC and Birmingham Legion FC played to a 2–2 draw at Keyworth Stadium.


  • Louisville City FC 2–0 Loudoun United FC: Louisville City FC secured a 2–0 victory over Loudoun United FC at Lynn Family Stadium


  • New Mexico United 1–0 El Paso Locomotive FC: New Mexico United edged out El Paso Locomotive FC with a 1–0 win at Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park


  • Lexington SC 1–1 Indy Eleven: Lexington SC and Indy Eleven ended their match in a 1–1 draw at the Lexington SC Stadium.​


  • Miami FC 1–2 Tampa Bay Rowdies: Tampa Bay Rowdies defeated Miami FC 2–1 at the Ricardo Silva Stadium.​


  • Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC 1–0 Hartford Athletic: Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC claimed a 1–0 victory over Hartford Athletic at Highmark Stadium.​


  • FC Tulsa 0–1 North Carolina FC: North Carolina FC secured a narrow 1–0 win against FC Tulsa at ONEOK Field.​


  • Oakland Roots SC 1–2 San Antonio FC: San Antonio FC emerged victorious with a 2–1 win over Oakland Roots SC at Pioneer Stadium.


  • Orange County SC 0–3 Monterey Bay FC: Monterey Bay FC dominated Orange County SC with a 3–0 win at Championship Soccer Stadium.​


  • Phoenix Rising FC 2–2 Rhode Island FC: Phoenix Rising FC and Rhode Island FC played to a 2–2 draw at Phoenix Rising Soccer Stadium.​


  • Sacramento Republic FC 2–2 Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC: Sacramento Republic FC and Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC ended their match in a 2–2 draw at Heart Health Park.

El Paso Locomotive FC (USL Championship) 5-1 Harpos FC (CPL)

  • El Paso Locomotive FC Scorers: Avila (12'), Romero (37', 45+2'), Fidelak (54' own goal), Torres (59')​

  • Harpos FC Scorer: Debuire (65')​

El Paso Locomotive FC dominated the match, with Bryan Romero's brace highlighting their offensive strength.​


El Farolito (NPSL) 3-1 Real Monarchs (MLS Next Pro) [AET]

  • El Farolito Scorer: Benson (18')​

  • Real Monarchs Scorer: Riquelme (58')​

El Farolito triumphed in extra time, showcasing resilience against Real Monarchs.​


Monterey Bay FC (USL Championship) 3-0 International San Francisco (SFSFL)

  • Monterey Bay FC Scorers: Fehr (2'), Gnaulati (26', 45+2')​

Monterey Bay FC secured a comfortable win, with Xavi Gnaulati contributing a brace.​


Spokane Velocity FC (USL League One) 1-0 Ballard FC (USL League Two) [AET]

Spokane Velocity FC clinched a narrow victory in extra time to progress to the next round. ​


Los Angeles FC 2 (MLS Next Pro) 7-1 FC Arizona (NPSL)

  • Los Angeles FC 2 Scorers: Evans (2'), Terry (27'), Mihalić (42')

Los Angeles FC 2 displayed an overwhelming offensive performance, dominating FC Arizona.​
