The 2025 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Second Round is scheduled for April 1 and 2. Here are the matchups for Tuesday, April 1:

6 p.m. ET: Columbus Crew 2 (MLS NEXT Pro) vs. Lexington Sporting Club (USL Championship) at Lower.com Field in Columbus, Ohio.
7 p.m. ET: South Georgia Tormenta FC (USL League One) vs. FORO SC (UPSL) at Tormenta Stadium in Statesboro, Georgia.
7:30 p.m. ET: Inter Miami CF II (MLS NEXT Pro) vs. Miami FC (USL Championship) at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
7:30 p.m. ET: Charlotte Independence (USL League One) vs. Carolina Core FC (MLS NEXT Pro) at Mecklenburg County Sportsplex in Matthews, North Carolina.
10 p.m. ET: Monterey Bay FC (USL Championship) vs. El Farolito (NPSL) at Cardinale Stadium in Seaside, California.
10:30 p.m. ET: AV ALTA FC (USL League One) vs. LAFC2 (MLS NEXT Pro) at Lancaster Memorial Stadium in Lancaster, California.

On Wednesday, April 2, the following matches are scheduled:

6:30 p.m. ET: Loudoun United FC (USL Championship) vs. Virginia Dream FC (USASA) at Segra Field in Leesburg, Virginia.
Time TBD: Portland Hearts of Pine (USL League One) vs. Hartford Athletic (USL Championship) at Franklin Athletic Complex in Lewiston, Maine.
7 p.m. ET: Westchester SC (USL League One) vs. NY Pancyprian Freedoms (USASA) at The Stadium at Memorial Field in Mount Vernon, New York.
7 p.m. ET: Chattanooga FC (MLS NEXT Pro) vs. Chattanooga Red Wolves SC (USL League One) at Finley Stadium in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
7 p.m. ET: Greenville Triumph SC (USL League One) vs. One Knoxville SC (USL League One) at Paladin Stadium at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.
7:30 p.m. ET: FC Naples (USL League One) vs. Little Rock Rangers (USL League Two) at Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples, Florida.
7:30 p.m. ET: Forward Madison FC (USL League One) vs. FC Tulsa (USL Championship) at Breese Stevens Field in Madison, Wisconsin.
8:30 p.m. ET: Des Moines Menace (USL League Two) vs. Flatirons FC (USL League Two)/Union Omaha (USL League One) winner at Valley Stadium in West Des Moines, Iowa.
10 p.m. ET: Tacoma Defiance (MLS NEXT Pro) vs. Spokane Velocity FC (USL League One) at Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila, Washington.
10:30 p.m. ET: Ventura County FC (MLS NEXT Pro) vs. El Paso Locomotive FC (USL Championship) at Dignity Health Sports Park Track & Field Stadium in Carson, California.
